  • Clean segment pull (1", knee, hip, finish) + clean pull - (1 + 1) x 2 x 3 sets
  • Clean & jerk - 60% x 3 + 1 x 3
  • Snatch balance - 3 x 3

Not sure if I'll get an answer to this, just reviewing this cycle before I start it up. Confused by this notation though: Clean & jerk - 60% x 3 + 1 x 3 I don't understand what the +1 refers to?

Carson,When doing your clean and jerks, you will do 3 cleans + 1 jerk per set.  I hope that helps.Kara
