  • Clean & jerk - 70% x (2 + 1) x 5
  • Clean pull - 85% x 3 x 3
  • Snatch balance - 4 x 1; 10% lighter than last week

+1 to that. This is something I JUST realized and was trying to explain to someone else. Not Slow-Fast, but Fast-Faster is a great, concise way to put it.
