Greg- I'll be out of town this weekend with no gym access. How would you suggest modifying Th &/or Sa to reap max benefits from this week's programming?

Greg -Just do Saturday's workout Friday morning. If you're not feeling great on Thur, cut down the number of sets you do at 80%.
