Hello Greg, Could you finish the cycle after 7 weeks if you now need to do more wods for an upcoming comp and you feel like iu have gained enough from the cycle. Jayme

Jayme - You can end the cycle at 7 weeks if you need to change gears, however you will have to temper your expectations of the effectiveness of the program if you are cutting it short.
