Greg/Aimee, If someone could only train 2 days a week, which 2 days should they do? What about 3 days a week? Do you think it is even worth it to try and follow CA training if if could only be done 2 or 3 times a week? Thank you.

Pat - You won't really be able to whittle 5 days down to 2, and cycle to cycle, there isn't enough consistency to say which days would be best. Post on the forum in the weightlifting section and I, Steve and/or some others will be able to help you get started with a program.
