  • Pause Jerk - 5RM, 95% x 5, 90% x 5
  • OHS + snatch push press - 4+4 RM, 95% x 4+4, 90% x 4+4
  • Back squat - 100% of Mon's heavy BS set x 5 x 3
  • Pause back squat - 80% of today's BS wt x 3 x 3

for the pause jerk: do you pause at the bottom of the dip, or pause at the bottom of the receiving position?

Seth, Yes, you will pause for a few seconds at the bottom of the dip. Good luck. :)

For the OHS + snatch push press, would it be fine to reverse the order? Seems counter intuitive to me to do a push press, 4 squats, and 4 more push presses
