When combining exercises as in yesterdays workout, OHS + SPP, do you complete 4 OHS and then 4 SPP, or 4 x 1 OHS + 1 SPP. I feel like in typing this I am answering my own question and you do 4 OHS then 4 SPP.

You are right that you answered your own question: it is 4 OHS and then 4 SPP.
