Is the Behind the head Jerk typically weaker than a normal jerk? Although this is maybe the 3rd time I've ever done them, could I just not be used to them? Just curious.

Nick -If you're experienced with the lift, jerks behind the neck are usually stronger than from the front because of the more secure rack position and the simpler movement of the bar up and the body down. Any disparity you feel now is probably just due to inexperience.
