How much does this video differ from the Olympic Seminar DVD? I could use all the help I can get.

John - It's very different. It's more of a companion to the book - runs through all the progressions in the book including the "foundations" section.

Well Greg I loved the book so I will be getting the video too! I wished the book had an index that would have been tremendously helpful since its a wonderful reference.
