hey Greg. just wanted to say thank you for the programming. I've been following it (just finished up the last cycle) for awhile now, and today at my meet, I got 2nd overall, and 1st in my weight class (105kg, weighed in at 99kg). Snatched 110, c&j 135. again, thanks!
