CJ- HS 195 sets at 155. Movement was good. Fast elbows, tired shoulders Snatch, had nothing today. Worked at 75lbs and that was hard. Pec Minor was super tight, had my chiro release it. Feels better. Snatch Pull 215 and 205 Front Squat 245(could have gone heavier, running tight on time) sets at 220.
