long time reader of the site, I absolutely love it, just got the new DVD in. just one complaint...I think morgan freeman should have narrated parts of it. lol. just wanted to thank you all for this spectacular source for weightlifting information.

Brandon - Mr. Freeman turned the job down. Didn't think the script was good enough.

I want to make sure I am understanding this one. It will be 2 sets of 1 power snatch and 1 snatch at 65%, 70% and 75%. Then 5 sets of 1 power clean and 1 power jerk?
Steve Pan 2013-02-15
Jake -

That is correct.
Dave 2013-04-02
What weight should be used on the pushpresses?
Steve Pan 2013-04-02
Dave -

You will have to feel the weight out. It should be light enough to get through with no stops.

Just came back from my gym. Loved the workout.

is there some alternative exercise if you don't have a rowing machine? (for the 400 m row)
Steve Pan 2015-01-05
The conditioning is optional. Any mono structural exercise would be okay to substitute.
Gherardo 2015-01-06
Ok Steve thanks
