Steve clean pull from the blocks
  • Hang snatch (below knee) - 75% x 2 x 5
  • Hang clean (below knee) - 75% x 2 x 5
  • Heaving snatch balance - 4 x 3
For 5 minutes:
1-Arm KB clean + push press x 5/arm
5 lateral lunge/leg

Are these percentages based upon our max snatch or our max hang snatch?

The percentages should be based off of your max snatch.

Should we preform Hang squat clean and hang squat snatch or just hang power clean and hang power snatch?

When it says 75% x2x5 does that mean 2reps at 75% x 5sets ??
