Just a quick question in regards to sets and reps today. Since a specific load is not given and just a percent range should we be doing 5 sets of 2 reps or 2 sets of 5 reps? Thanks

Dan - 5 sets of 2, 4 sets of 3 and 4 sets of 2 today.

I'm confused now, I thought you always wrote reps x sets. FYI, links at the bottom of page like About the Program are 404, I know you had an explanation of notation somewhere.

Tom - weight x reps x sets; in this case there are no weights, so it' sets x reps. it gets a bit confusing because i have sets x reps followed by an idea of what kind of weight you can expect to be using.
