Aimee snatch
  • Jerk balance - 55% (of jerk) x 3 x 4
  • Split push press behind neck - 60% (of jerk) x 3 x 4
  • Hang power snatch (below knee) - 65% (of snatch) x 2 x 2, 70% x 2 x 2
  • Pin back squat (just above parallel) - 60% (of back squat) x 3 x 4

wht is a pin back squat? wld u post a video?

Lisa - Back squat started off the pins in a power rack. In this case, set up the pins so the bar is at a height that places you just above parallel in your squat when you're under it in a partial squat position. Each rep starts from a dead stop with the bar on the pins.
