conditioning- done, not timed. first set 15 supinated; 2nd set pronated; 3rd set mixed grip/ all sets dead hang

If there is a prescribed weight the notation will be 75%x4x5, which is 75% for 5 sets of 4 reps. If there is no prescription it will then be sets then reps. There is a link at the right "About the Program" that will answer many frequently asked questions.
