  • Back Squat - 70% x 10 x 3
  • Block (or hang) snatch (mid-thigh) - 65% x 3 x 2, 70% x 3 x 3
  • Halting Snatch Deadlift (hip) - 80% (of snatch) x 3, 85% x 3 x 2
  • Overhead Squat - 65% x 3 x 2, 70% x 3 x 3

Back squats got tough on the last few reps of 3rd set. feel like technique is getting better on snatches. weight is starting to feel light at these percentages.

I had to skip Monday and Tuesday's workouts. Should I pick back up next Monday or start today with Monday's workout?

Try and get Monday and Wednesday's workouts in if you can and rest a day before the Saturday workout.
