Is the programming that shows up on a daily basis the same as your competitive lifters

Nick, I believe in the "about the program" tab on the right Greg says that these programs are NOT what his athletes follow, as he gets the chance to work with them personally on a daily basis. Their workouts are more specific to their needs.
