  • Snatch - heavy single; 80% x 1 x 3
  • Pause Back Squat - 75% x 3 x 3

So correct me if I'm misread... Find my 1rm for the clean/jerk for that day, not my last 1rm max. Then perform the prescription of 80% 1rep x 3 sets. This will be the format daily right? As far as treating each for what it is.

You will find a heavy single for the day and then once you hit that you will take 80% of that weight for the back off sets (3 singles).
