How long rest between back squats and how heavy for snatch, c&j, lunge?

Oleksly - You should give yourself enough time to recover between back squat sets that you can make each rep. I would say about 2-4 minutes between reps. Snatch and clean and jerk you will work up to a heavy single on each, the best weight you can handle for that day. There is more information at the "About the Program" tab at the right that can help you with the program.

Should I do the lifts in the order it's listed? Usually I do the oly lifts first and then squats, especially if I'm going for a heavy single.
