Day 1 ever on catalyst, finished 4 cycles of Wendler now for Everett.. Back squat was a little heavy thinking i may have jumped in nearing end of cycle?

Each Monday workout says where we are in a cycle. Currently we're in week 5 of a 6 week cycle.
