  • Snatch - 70% x 2 x 3
  • Power Clean + Power Jerk - 80% x 2(1+1), 85% x 1+1, 90% x 1+1
  • Push Press - 80% x 3, 85% x 2, heavy single
3 sets; no rest:
15 push-ups
10 DB hang power clean

It should be 90% of your best power clean.

my push press was heavier than my power jerk...something went wrong! btw, what's the next cycle about?

Tank - Yes, that's not how it should be - need to improve your jerk technique. Next cycle is similar to this one but with more emphasis on the front squat and sn/cj.
