New to Weightlifting so I chose this program to ease into front squatting because I suck at it lol. this program brought my snatch from 92 - 105 (with the help of my coach pushing me to believe lol) and my Clean and Jerk from 120 - 140!

My backsquat went from 229 - 240 easy, I probably could have gotten 245 but I wanted to save some for the clean!
