This is a 5-week prep cycle emphasizing front squat strength. We'll test a max front squat on week 5.

Hello. Is it 3 reps x 5 sets or the other way around?

It is 5 sets of 3 for the first 3 exercises and 3 sets of 5 for the snatch pulls.

Have one question, is it possible to do the Saturday training on Monday and the Monday training on Saturday on this training program ? So I always start the training week with HS and heavy front squats ?

Jan - It is recommended to take the program as is so you get rest between the heavy day (Saturday)
