just to be sure, the % to be followed in the Power Snatch is based on the Power Snatch 1 RM? Thanks!

That is correct. The percentage will be off of your best power snatch.

I don't really know my 1rm power snatch, what would be a good % power snatch compared to my 1rm snatch?

You will have to feel out a good weight that is appropriate. Your best power snatch will be anywhere from 80-90% of your best snatch.
