5 sets; no rest (w 2 DBs):
5 DB hang power snatch
5 DB hang power clean
5 DB push press

The hang snatch how heavy should i lift ?!

Mostafa - It should be a weight you can handle for 3s and make all of the reps sharp. Nothing where you are really grinding through it to make good reps and keep the elbows high.
