Hi I got a question about squats, is it good to go below parallel? Do you want to try to go as low as possible? Thanks!

Lyle -

You should go as low as you can while maintaining back extension. Eventually in a clean or a snatch you will be pushed to your lowest squat level so you should prepare yourself by practicing your squats the same way.
