Hi Greg. Just wanna say thank you for the previous squat cycle (10x3set, 5x5, 3x8set x 4 weeks) About 20 athletes which I am programming have averaged 10kg improvement during this cycle. Me personally 17kg (173-190kg) and more to come now following the Bulgar style cycle. Another a whopping 200->230kg. I can make the list long but a lot of people are now on the boundary of 200kg thanks to this. As a sidenote, experienced squatters improved more than novice.
