I'm not sure I can 80% for 3x3 on push press after the set of 5 at 790%. Any ideas on how I should do this? Also can I get a spotter? Thanks.

Try it before you worry about it. Yes you can get a spotter if he/she and you know what you're doing and you don't kill each other.

When you say 2,4, 6,8, 10, 8,6,4,2 of pullups and dips, do you mean 2 pull ups then 2 dips, 4 pullups then 4 dips or is it progressivly alternating 2 pullups then 4 dips then 6 pullups? Please clarify. Thanks

Erik - The first one is correct. It will be 2 of each, then 4 of each, 6 of each, and so on...
