Jolie block clean
  • Power Snatch + Overhead Squat - 2(1+1) - 60%, 65%, 70% x 2 sets, 75% x 2 sets
  • Power Clean + Power Jerk - 2(1+1) - 60%, 65%, 70% x 2 sets, 75% x 2 sets
  • Clean Pull - 85% (of cln) x 2, 95%x2, 105%x2x3
  • Front Squat - 60%x2, 70%x2, 80%x2, 85%x2, 90%x2x2

Please tell me if I am reading this correctly:

For the 60% lifts, we are to PS-OHS-PS-OHS with no significant rest between movements. Then we are to do the same thing with the 65% weight. When we get to the 70%, we are should PS-OHS-PS-OHS, recover, and then do it again. ...and then do the same with the 75%.

Is that close?

That is correct. You can take rest between the sets and rest a few seconds between snatches if needed.
