What does the +1 mean?

Bryan, +1 refers to 1clean + 1 jerk x the number of sets listed. So basically, you are doing 3 singles for the full lift if it says x3. If it says 2+1 that means 2 cleans + 1 jerk x whatever sets are listed. Am I right America?
