Finish w 1 500 m row sprint

Hey Greg I was wondering if days like this day would be good to add chest work afterwards. And if it is, what kinda of set and rep ranges would be appropriate for this cycle? I do not want to over do it, but I do not want to neglect my chest completely. Thanks

Brad - It should be okay to add some chest work on this day. Keep it in a higher rep range, 3 sets of 8-10.

is power snatch that you were mention in the training program is the same meaning as snatch half squat?

Alvin - Please check the exercise section above for descriptions of exercises. Power snatch is when you receive and stop a snatch above parallel.
