  • Power Snatch - 70%x3, 75%x3, 80%x2x4
  • Power Clean + Power Jerk - 75%x1+1 x 5
  • Overhead Squat - 80% x 2 x 5
4 sets; no rest:
1 rope climb (sub 10 rope/towel pull-ups)
10 alternating KB push press/arm

Is that a total of 10 push presses (5 per arm alternating) or is it 10 per arm alternating for a total of 20 reps of pushpresses?

The clean complex, is that based off the jerk?

Based off of the power clean, unless you are really struggling with the power jerks at that percentage.
