Where it says 1RM, 2RM, 3RM after the lifts, does this mean go for that rep maximum after having completed the previous percentages or that these are percentages of your 1, 2 or 3RM?

@Brian I think they're percentages of your 1RM and then perform a 1, 2, or 3RM.

Jeff is correct, they are percentages of your best 1RM and then work to a 2 or 3RM.
