  • Segment Clean Pull (knee) + Clean Pull - 90% (of clean) x 1+2 x 4
  • Back Squat - 90% x 1
  • Pause Back Squat - 70% (of squat) x 3 x 3
  • Good Morning - 3x5 (little heavier than Monday)
