Zack Squat
  • Back Squat - heavy single
  • Snatch High-Pull + Hang Power Snatch (below knee) + OHS - 5 x 1+1+1
  • Power Clean + Front Squat + Jerk - 5 x 1+1+1
  • Snatch Push Press - 4 x 5
  • Front Squat - heavy single; 3 x 3

3 sets; no rest:
20 Sit Ups
15 Pull Ups

Question on the pull-ups: are these supposed to be strict? I usually kip bc it's just a lot of pull-ups for me. I usually try to make the kips smaller (as opposed to a lot of momentum or butterfly) so there's a little more strength. Thoughts?

Maria - That should be okay. Try to make as many strict pull ups as you can add you may kip to finish the sets.
