hey just a quick check, for mondays workout and wednesdays workout. are the percentages for the classics are based off the HS of that day?

snap....good question. I was using my 1 rep max effort...and it was terrible, I barely hit anything.

For Monday's workout the percentages should be off of the heavy single you make. For Wednesday you will use the percentages off of your PR.
