Can you please shed some on light on this for me.
In Bob Takanos sample programs in his book he writes
Singles to max (Max-10, Max-5, Max)3
Is this number of attempts? Warm-up to Max attempts?

Danny -

It mean you work up to a Max single, then do a single at 10 kg less than that max, then a single at 5 kg less than that max, then try to repeat that max - you're doing waves with your max and 5 and 10 kg below it.
