off-kilter week for me, schedule wise. had to miss monday, but did monday's on tuesday and did really well, and then back on track. made wednesday really hard. Thursday i pr'd pwr snatch, pwr clean, and pwr jerk while practicing squat jerks at the lighter warmup weights. those are fun when everything is working. saturday sucked really bad.looking forward to next week and seeing what comes out on the other end.
