Question that's been bugging me for a while. How much do you guys think about cues during your lifts? I'm relatively new to having an olympic lifting focus and find myself thinking about every little detail before I make the first pull. At what point is it, eff this and just rip the bar off the ground?

Tyler - Choose1-2 things to think about and that's it - 1 before the lift starts and one during. For example, set your back tight, and pull the elbows high before you turn them over. More than that and you're just creating more problems. But until you're doing things right, it's never just rip it off the ground, because that's just doing it shitty with aggression.
