No PR's today but I did tie my best snatch with 102 which was what my PR was coming into this program, and made 123 on cj so that is my best total in a day. best cj before this program was 122 and hit 125 two weeks ago. can't really say this improved my lifting but it's not like I have a coach or any help at all. This program made squatting a breeze though....
