Holy back squats Batman.. 2 questions..I hopped on following daily programming mid week of 2nd week, im assuming this cycle is a back squat focus? On both snatch pulls and clean pulls, how high does the pull need to reach? Thanks!

Fred, the set/rep schemes are fairly clearly explained in the "Program Help section". on the right.

David - The pulls should go to slightly above the hips. Focus on good pulling positions and a good extension at the top.
