Hooooooooooooly crap. i think I will eat until 8 and then just go to bed after this.

Man. That was rough. I missed about 1/3 of my snatches at 85% (150 pounds from a max of 175). Hit everything else, but i just kept losing them to the front. Just feeling shot from it.

I've been making every lift up to this point. I missed 75% of the last 3 sets of snatches. Ouch. I want a re-do. Am I off or is this supposed to be a kick in the ass?

That should be okay. Try and push through and make as many good snatches as you can. The squats at the beginning will throw you off but keep plugging away at the rest of the workout.
