Yeah this was almost as good as the rest Wednesday we got. I have never squatted this often... ever... but strangely by week 3 I was totally adjusted to it.

For C? Percentages will be based off of the given exercise. Clean & Jerk off your best Clean & Jerk, Power Clean off of your best Power Clean.
