  • Snatch - 60%x1, 70%x1, 80%x1, 85%x1, 90%x1, 80% x 3 x 3
  • Clean & Jerk - 60% x (1+1), 70% x (1+1), 80% x (1+1), 85% x (1+1), 90% x (1+1), 80% x (3+1) x 3
  • RDL - 85% x 4 x 4 (% of clean)

As this cycle is heading toward conclusion, I am feeling like I am heading toward big improvements on my Snatch and C&J maxes. However, I am also feeling like I could hit some squat PRs as well. (Have I mentioned that you guys are great?)

I assume there will be some day(s) designated near the end to test for maxes on the oly lifts. How about the squats though? I am interested just so that I can reset my percentages for the next cycle. Do I need to work in my own time for this between cycles for this sort of thing or will this be built into the cycle?

There aren't any heavy singles for squats coming up, however you can test your squat at the last day of the cycle where you will also be testing snatch and clean & jerk.
