Let me make sure I have a couple of things clear (1.) Does (65%x1, 70%x1, 75%x1) x 3 = 65, rest, 70, rest, 75, rest, 65, rest, 70, rest, 75, rest, 65, rest, 70, rest, 75, rest ... so basically 9 sets with normal rest in between? (2.) Just so I improve my Oly IQ.. Is this just some short hand way of writing it? Or is there some name I should know for this? e.g. Is this some form of wave loading?

Also.. is that supposed to be a Power Snatch? The fact that the percentages say (% of full) and that we are doing Power Cleans makes me think it might be a typo.

Brian - It should be power snatch and that is correct 9 sets with normal rest between sets. It was a short hand to write out the waves so it didn't have a bunch of numbers up there.
