Snatch (10 lbs under my PR)
Clean & Jerk (equaled PR)
Back Squat (new PR by 35 lbs)

That new Back Squat PR was since I last tested a max in March (I missed the 1st Saturday heavy single back squat of this cycle). I also went through the "Kara's 9 weeks of Heaven" cycle previous to this which had a good amount of squatting but no max testing.

I hit a 5 kg PR on Squat on this training day. Should I use that new max for calculating weights of Back Squat from next week?
