Are the OHS here a % of OHS 1RM or of snatch 1RM?
Steve Pan 2014-06-26
Percent of your best OHS.
John 2014-07-07
If I don't know my 1RM for OHS what kind of weight should I use compared to my snatch?
Steve Pan 2014-07-08
Feel out a weight that is appropriate for the effort. I would start with 80% of your best snatch and then take the weight up a bit from there depending on how it feels.

What are the percentages for the Snatch Deadlift + Snatch based off? Power or full snatch?
Steve Pan 2014-12-10
Those percentages are based off of your snatch (full snatch).
Ben Johnson 2015-05-12
Should I do all three sets of both of the auxiliary exercises without rest? Should I alternate each exercise or do three sets of one then three sets of the other?
Steve Pan 2015-05-12
Ben -

Both exercises alternating with no rest.
