Brian Clean
  • Clean + Front Squat + Jerk - 3RM
  • Snatch Deadlift + High-Hang Snatch + Snatch - 75% x (1+1+1) x 5
  • Halting Clean Deadlift (upper thigh) + Finish - 103%x3x5
  • Back Squat - 80%x6, 85%x1,  80%x6, 88%x1, 80%x6, 90%x1

Is one allowed a certain number of attempts to reach the 3 RM?

How is the 3rm to be performed? Complex x3 with no rest?

3RM for this exercise would be 1 set of the complex. Try not to take more than one attempt at a 3RM unless you are very close.

Oh, hell. I did 3 sets of the complex for a 3RM. (1+1+1x3)

Yeah I'm a total noob. As in Week 1, Day 1 of strict oly training. I definitely did the complex as 3 reps with one rep being (1+1+1). Didn't quite push as far as I should have on that one because of that but I'll get at that next time.

Awesome to have this programming available for general training kids like me. Thanks to those making it possible and available!
