Should the 5 sets of 3 muscle snatch be ascending in load or static? And should it be heavy? Or a bit lighter?

Find a good weight to do for all 5 sets. Don't go crazy, make sure you are performing them correctly (don't let the elbows drop to press out). A medium weight should be good.
